Sabzal Return & Exchange Policy

At Sabzal, we ensure the highest quality for our handcrafted Swati shawls. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process.

Policy Terms

* Duration: You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your delivery.

* Condition: The shawl must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

* Exclusions: Items bought on clearance sales or customized orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

1. Contact us via WhatsApp at +92 342 0925586 or email us at sabzalbilalk@gmail.com.

2. Provide your order number and clear pictures of the item.

3. Once approved, safely pack the item and ship it back to our official address: Sabzal Shawls, Mingora, Swat, KPK.

Damages & Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the shawl is defective, damaged, or if you received the incorrect design, contact us within 24 hours. We will send a replacement immediately at no extra cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds will be fully processed within 3 to 5 business days via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or Bank Transfer.
