Sabzal - Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Sabzal. We are dedicated to delivering your premium handcrafted Swati shawls quickly and safely. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Delivery Timeline

* Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Peshawar, Rawalpindi): Delivery takes 3 to 5 business days.

* Rest of Pakistan (Other cities, towns, and rural areas): Delivery takes 5 to 7 business days.

* Please note: Orders placed on Sundays or official public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Deliveries may occasionally face minor delays due to extreme weather conditions in mountainous regions.

2. Shipping Charges

* Standard Delivery: We offer FREE shipping nationwide across Pakistan on all orders above Rs. 3,000. 

* For orders below Rs. 3,000, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 250 will be charged at checkout.

3. Payment Methods & Order Verification

* Cash on Delivery (COD): Available across Pakistan. You will pay the courier rider in cash at the time of receiving your parcel.

* Order Verification: Once you place an order, our team may contact you via phone call or WhatsApp to confirm your delivery address. Unverified orders will not be shipped.

4. Shipment Tracking

Once your shawl is dispatched from our fulfillment center in Swat, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or Email to track your package in real-time.

5. Damaged or Incomplete Parcels

Please do not accept the package if the flyer or courier box is visibly open or severely damaged at the time of delivery. If you face any issues, immediately report it to us via WhatsApp at +923345567621.
